We will practice YOGA POSES in a way that will give our Young learners a full body workout, with emphasis on balancing poses.
Improving a student's balance can have many benefits: injury prevention, performance enhancement, confidence improvement.. But most importantly, it can be a fun and engaging workout for young learners. We fall out of a pose and we get back in.. Students will get a nice stretch and full body workout.
Fun & Interactive sessions for Kids aged between 5 years to 12 years
The online sessions are conducted by Sushma Sooda who is a MSc in Yoga Therapy and Internationally certified Yoga Instructor with more than 20k hours of teaching experience.
